How to

 

Create a group

To create a group, it's easy! Just create your account as a group manager, choose the name of your group then enter at least 3 participants and submit it. You will be transferred automatically in the Gift Exchanger. Even now, nothing is set in stone. Everything is editable, whether the participant's name, number of participants, group name, status, etc. You are not required to create your whole group here. Create a group

 

Exchange manager

Here the gifts are exposed and all information on the group like the date of exchange, the person you've drawn (when the draw was made), the price of the gift, and an optional message to warn participants on their arrival.

It's also possible in this interface to navigate between groups if you are part several groups. You can also send anonymous e-mail if you wish for clarification, without the risk of betraying you. It's also possible to ask question to the person who drawn you without you knowing who you've send it to.

 

Participant management

In this interface, the manager can add, edit or delete participants. You can post a picture that all participants will see. It's here that the spouses can be selected so that they can't draw each other.

If for some reason any participant can't be part of the exchange this year, you can simply disable them rather than delete it. You can also send back invitation individually to participants. If ever the manager status does'nt fit you anymore, you can passe the flag to another participant. The first and last name and email of participants are editable until they have registered. Then participant can do their own modifications.

 

Group management

Here you will set the date of the exchange, the price of the gifts, the message appearing on the home page, the name of the group, make the invitation and drawn or simply reset the exchange if you start a new gift exchange.

In addition, in this section you can also see in a glance who enrolled for the exchange, the status of their wish list, if it's published or not and the number of gifts that each participant has entered. Finally, it is possible to send an email to all active members of the group.
